Meet Mr G Gupta – The guiding light of the company

The vast experience (over 40 years) of managing an educational institution also comes with an intricate understanding of the niche and quality of school education systems. Mr Gupta brings his expertise in institutional management, formation of systematic institutions, affiliation and auditing process, and assessment of the best talent for schools. He is currently consulting multiple schools in Delhi NCR.

Meet Ms Pooja Jain – The brain of the company

Pooja Jain and her passion fuel the energy at PEBS, she has 25 years of HR experience in the areas of Strategic HR, Organization Development, Learning & Development and Talent Management. She brings a valuable blend of Organization Development, HR Consultancy and Coaching experience. Her core competence lies in evolving creative solutions to organizational issues through the involvement of all the stakeholders and assessing and coaching hi-potential talent to meet organization and individual goals.

Some of her pioneering work involves carrying out development centre for senior managers to identify potential and imbibe the desired behaviours, developing network of change and engagement facilitators, developing self-directed senior management team for a business turnaround, changing the mind set of employees towards self-development and learning for career progression and transition.

Meet Mr Siddhant Arya - The dynamics behind PEBS

There is always that one enthusiastic young person in the team who brings in a wave of trendy insights, and that one person in PEBS is Siddhant. He is the creator behind the digital presence of PEBS and strategizes the company's position in the market. He has expertise in Sales and Marketing and brings in fresh ideas. Siddhant possesses sharp analytical skills that help us take calculated steps towards growth and expansion.

Meet Mr Sandeep Arya - The Silent Pillar

He has his academic roots from The Scindia School in Gwalior and then graduated from YCCE, Nagpur with a prestigious degree of engineering from electronics. Mr. Sandeep has been associated with household brands like Canon and ITDL and developed keen interest in management of brands and businesses post which he joined the family's construction business. Knowing every nook and corner of streamlining the process, he rules the finance and compliance department at PEBS and his green signal is vital in every decision.
